I know because this used to be the story of my life.
I've experienced first-hand what it's like to recover from the bloating, self-hatred, and digestive damage caused by the cycles of starvation and excess food.
I want you to know, I’m not a doctor or medical practitioner, however I do have 30+ years in the fields of nutrition and culinary arts. I’ve been a competitive natural body-builder (we’ll talk more about that later), obstacle course racer and love distance cycling!
I learned that by taking care of my body…my vessel (emotionally, physically, nutritionally and spiritually), I can do anything – and so can you! I’ll help you implement strategies so you can achieve things you never thought possible that impact every area of your life.
In order to overcome habits that don’t support your idea of health and wellness, you have to take responsibility and do the work, but I’ll be here to give you the support you need.

I've got a very full, balanced and healthy lifestyle that fits my needs perfectly. I'd like to help you achieve the same!
I am able to pick up where many traditional coaches leave off by addressing a deeper dimension to your weight loss, emotional eating, binge eating, fatigue, digestive issues and body image issues other's may skim over. Finding balance through nutrition is not through deprivation or creating lists of what is good or bad foods for you. Instead, we work towards using foods you’ll enjoy to make them part of sustainable routines, based on how your body can best utilize them.
(In each program, we will meet virtually. One-on-one and group meetings held via zoom or telephone no matter where in the world you live.
