It’s been a great week without incident or much in the way of side effects. Three things I’ve noticed:
I had no muscle soreness after my ride – I mean ZERO! In the past this has not been the case. Doc said it’s probably due to the peptides
My energy was a little ow this week but I’m not sure what is the natural result of the ride or if the hormones added to this. I‘m planning to do another century at the end of April at which time I’ll have a month of HRT under my belt
My wrists and ankles were a bit puffy/swollen Wednesday and Thursday. Doc said drink more water and the issue resolved itself.
