Journey to Optimal Health – HRT Therapy
Updated: Jul 10, 2019
I’m so excited to be working with Dr. Tom Nabbity
(https://www.facebook.com/tomn.abity) at the Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Michigan-Center-For-Regenerative-Medicine/1502715193177383?eid=ARARZd9FQ8BSvPsysOliTbxK4XFcSMlRGIvEeV9xJ6CgEEbr8GCdE02hrm0Ku07RXpPH19Zy-TZNZtWX&timeline_context_item_type=intro_card_work&timeline_context_item_source=1490942126&fref=tag)
My goal is optimal health in every area and now it’s time to address hormones.
Thanks to the study of epigenetics, more research and treatment into longevity and anti-aging have become mainstream.
I’m going to be documenting progress of my HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) and hope it helps anyone else struggling in this area.
I highly recommend listening to this podcast by Dr. Peter Attia (#42 – Carol Tavris, Ph.D., and Avrum Bluming, M.D.: Controversial topic affecting all women—the role of hormone replacement therapy through menopause and beyond—the compelling case for long-term HRT and dispelling the myth that it causes breast cancer.)
